  1. Glad you also find angelica an inspiring herb. It has taken me a few years to really get into the rhythm of growing it, and then making use of the stems early enough in the season. I've got some growing on my allotment, underplanted with alpine strawberries, that should make huge plants this year, so long as the rabbits don't keep chewing the new growth.

  2. Thank-you. I love the feel of the space and the colours in the photo. I'm slowly trying to encourage my front garden away from suburban blandness towards whimsical kitchen garden. The dramatic height and structure of angelica is just what it needs.

    I'll also try some on my allotment this year, although it will have to contend with pigeons and slugs!
